Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use the numstar platform, including the numstar website, mobile site, and any associated gaming services offered under the numstar brand. Your continued use of the numstar platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

numstar reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, numstar will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through in-platform notifications or email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at numstar.net/terms-conditions.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the numstar Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and numstar. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other policy document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the numstar platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in online gambling activities in the Philippines as established under PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing numstar from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee of numstar, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from numstar or any other numstar-operated platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity in registering or using your numstar account.

numstar takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. Any player who provides false information regarding their age during the registration process commits a breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action in addition to immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on numstar, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to numstar account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one numstar account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Verification: numstar reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time. You must cooperate fully with any verification request and provide the requested documentation within the timeframe specified by numstar support.
• Account Approval: numstar reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms. Any misrepresentation in your registration information entitles numstar to immediately terminate your account without liability.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your numstar account credentials, including your username and password. numstar will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was caused or facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

• Do not share your numstar login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not access your numstar account from a shared, public, or unsecured device or network.
• Use a strong, unique password for your numstar account and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered — this significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• Notify numstar support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

numstar will never contact you to ask for your password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from numstar that requests this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

numstar supports the following Philippine-localised payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on numstar:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals via GCash and Maya are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three banking days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Identity Verification: numstar may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You must complete all requested KYC steps promptly to avoid withdrawal delays.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Inactive Account Fees: Accounts that have been inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month, deducted from any remaining account balance, after written notice has been sent to the account's registered email address.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on numstar. Game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant game lobby or sportsbook section of the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by numstar. numstar reserves the right to refuse any bet, void any bet, or limit the maximum stake on any market at its sole discretion.
• Errors & Palpable Mistakes: numstar reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous (a "palpable error"), including but not limited to odds that were incorrectly set due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure.
• Event Cancellation: In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that sport as published in the numstar sportsbook rules section.
• Live Betting: Live in-play bets are final once accepted by the numstar system. Connectivity issues on the player's side during live betting are the player's responsibility.
• Casino Game Outcomes: All numstar casino games are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are subject to independent testing to ensure fair outcomes. numstar does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game or bet outcome, numstar reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

Bonuses & Promotions

numstar offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who have a verified numstar account in good standing.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• numstar reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and bet types specified in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds used on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting systems, or any other activity deemed by numstar to constitute abuse — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the numstar platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one numstar account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the numstar platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the numstar platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets or interact with the numstar platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the numstar platform for financial gain.
• Accessing the numstar platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward numstar staff or other players.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the numstar platform — including but not limited to the numstar brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of numstar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the numstar platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any numstar content without the prior written consent of numstar.

Any unauthorised use of numstar's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, numstar's total liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your numstar account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

numstar shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the numstar platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the numstar platform or any service offered through it.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, even if numstar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Responsible Gaming

numstar is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. numstar provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every player account, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your numstar account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your numstar account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from numstar. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

Termination & Suspension

numstar reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• numstar has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• You have requested self-exclusion.
• numstar is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or order from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, numstar reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus activity. Where account termination is initiated by numstar for reasons other than player breach (e.g., regulatory requirements), any real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of all required verification steps.

Amendments to These Terms

numstar reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, numstar will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players through in-platform notifications or email communication to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the numstar platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the numstar platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 12 above.

The version of these Terms displaying the most recent "Effective Date" at the top of this page is the version currently in force. numstar recommends that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and numstar arising from or relating to these Terms, your numstar account, or any gaming activity on the platform, numstar encourages you to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The vast majority of player concerns can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication with our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Manila, Philippines, in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules, unless you elect to bring the matter before a competent court of the Philippines. You agree that any legal proceedings brought in the Philippines courts shall be conducted in the English language.
